Nasty, dirty, pictures are different from what it is, worst hotel I’ve ever been. Should be called a Hostel. Avoid this place at all cost. The room is very small. The bathroom is small and everything gets wet when you shower. Yo can take a shower while seating on the toilet.

hotel closed with out letting me know booked and payed 7 days found out on google that closed. now no responds from them or choice reservation which can not refund or anything! over $900 i paid.so if anyone knows how to reach this hotel please leave a review with info or flood the internet with bad reviews!

Just really really grim. One of the smallest rooms I have ever had the misfortune to stay in (literally 30cm wider than the double bed in it) with a bathroom literally in a cupboard (you have to admire the audacity to even try and fit a toilet and shower in that space). Furnished with furniture that was so chipped, battered or wonky that you wondered whether it had been found in a skip. Carpet was heavily stained and ripped in places. To top it off there were fragments of crisp and grease on the TV remote and rubbish still left in the bathroom.

This hotel was a mega let down. It was nothing like the pictures advertised. (FALES ADVERTISEMENT) This was not a family sized room at all! The room was dirty, freezing cold the heating didn’t work. Damp patches on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. No remote for the television. The bathroom was a wet room which was cupboard size with electric plugs which I’m sure is a big no no!! it was very unclean, missing grouting between the tiles the toilet was also leaking, the sink plug was covered in rust and the shower curtain looked like it had better days. I don’t know they can justify charging £315. Per night for this s*** heap. It’s not suitable for 1 person to stay in let alone a family. The man on reception on checking in was also useless and was of no help to us at all. We definitely will not be returning to this dump.

As I was checking in a woman that had checked in just minutes before me came back down to the front desk (after having viewed her room), with pictures on her phone & complained of the horrendous conditions of her room, she was not happy & refused to even stay. Not the warmest of welcomes, but we gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. We regretted this decision. The smell seaping out of the cupboard sized, hair infested bathroom was revolting & almost unbearable. The toilet & shower didn't work properly & the room itself was painfully small. This hotel is by far the worst I have stayed in (& I work away for a living). It is a definite health hazard, very poor facilities & attitude from the staff. The place should be closed. 100% would not recommend!
